Any particular tunes you like to bake to?

I realize this is a random question, but I discovered that I have a soundtrack for whenever I cook. I didn't intentionally make this list, but I realized tonight that whenever I'm whipping something up in the kitchen, I listen to Badly Drawn Boy and Bob Dylan, with a little French pop music thrown in, such as Ultra Orange & Emmanuelle, Dominique A and/or Les Hurlements D'Léo.

Does anybody else have a baking (or cooking) soundtrack they'd like to share?
